Sandy Wilds, RN, BS, Master of Science, Management

A former Chief Nursing Officer with over 30 years of progressive leadership experience in a variety of health system settings.

Areas of expertise include operational assessment and performance improvement; strategic planning and program development in addition to clinical operations consulting for architectural firms.

Sandy has management experience at departmental and division levels in acute care hospitals, both urban and rural, physician practices, and a multi-hospital network. A proven ability to direct and lead both clinical and non-clinical departments including: inpatient medical surgical and intensive care units, surgical services, ICU, emergency, endoscopy, imaging services, food services, environmental services and pharmacy.

Sandy has a clinical background in invasive cardiology, electrophysiology and peripheral vascular nursing; and a reputation for dedicated teamwork and an in-depth knowledge of interdisciplinary issues.
