Thomas Lane, Principal

Tom Lane is a nationally recognized advisor to cardiovascular professionals and service lines, specializing in cardiac and vascular service growth and development. Building on a portfolio of successes as the administrator of the renowned Indiana Heart Institute, during which time the program grew five hundred percent, Mr. Lane has over 25-years of direct experience in cardiovascular physician relations, strategic planning, organization, business and facilities development, project implementation and operational management.

Mr. Lane has successfully conducted extensive project design and implementation services for numerous programs nationwide. An experienced consultant, he frequently serves in a catalytic role to energize a call to action, organizing physician and hospital providers to establish more effective systemic solutions to optimally manage disease and successfully develop their CV business.

Mr. Lane has been a special advisor to the Health Care Advisory Board’s Cardiology Pre-eminence Roundtable, a board member and past president for the American College of Cardiovascular Administrators, lecturer for the American Hospital Association, and a frequent committee member for the American College of Cardiology. He holds

master's degree in business administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Extensive experience in CV strategic planning, business development and financial management, including marketing, market outreach and network development, continuous cost containment, human resource development and deployment, and managed care negotiations.


Facilities Development / Project Management experience ranging from major equipment negotiations to full facilities renovation and development.
