Henry brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and business environment to the HeartWorks team. His background and projects have included large hospital and hospital system strategic planning, business and network development, facility planning, business start-ups and merger and acquisition in the investment banking field as well. Henry has extensive experience working directly and medical staffs on a variety of projects. His experience also includes four years as President of one of the first private western, healthcare organizations in Eastern Europe.

Re-syndication of a large ambulatory surgery center to private physician investors
Development of strategic plans and facility plans for healthcare organizations throughout the country in varied market situations
President and COO of a privately held, organization developing a national network of outpatient healthcare facilities located within some of the largest truck plazas in the United States to provide medical and DOT related administrative health services to the transportation industry
Participated in the raising of $4,000,000 of private placement funding for this start up venture
Successfully represented a group of private, physician investors in the acquisition of a local for profit from a Texas based hospital management company.
Henry graduated from Purdue Krannert School of Business, Finance and Marketing, and Indiana University School of Medicine with a Masters in Health Administration. He is very active in non-profit boards and is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
